Are you looking to get into a straight truck ie like a uhaul type vehicle or a big rig?

Diesel and truck maintenance are the biggest expenses. You'll fill your truck up on a needed basis and trip plan and look a long the way of how much diesel is. Unless where you starting out it's the cheapest then you fill on up.
But you have fuel cards that let you work on a 7 day net pay. And depending on your area you can save up to a dollar on diesel.
And I'll say get a warranty but also get you a diesel mechanic that does work on the side cause they will be cheaper and you won't have as much downtime at the dealership Cause when you deal with warranty they have to look at it diagnose it which you still have to pay for 1st they send it to the warranty people which could take a day or 2 not to mention how many trucks they got in front of you.
Then if the warranty people approve the work they may be slow movingto start the work. But the mechanic you tell him and but the parts hell have you done the same day maybe the next tops.

And don't bother with those dispatch companies either.
