(No coaching changes)

Finding Talent and development
(Vincent, Strus, Herro, Bam, Highsmith, Nunn)

Moves around the edges
(Lowry, Tucker, Love, etc)

Getting the absolute best version of Butler
(On and off the court)

Because I don’t think this is just a one year thing when people vote

Pacers were never built or setup for sustainable long term success....they were a fluke, a gimmick


I cant say it enough...one of my biggest pet peeves is the teams that have a good season or exceed expectations and then decided to remain pat and relying on "let's just run it back with this group, surely we'll be better next season with more experience".......instead of addressing glaring holes or weaknesses to take another step forward

That's my point, because if that's the case Minnesota can't be 5th lol
 
I hope Jimmy leaves because the way this team is set up, both Jovic and Jaquez can not thrive

I’m more worried for Jovic because he is not good at what Spo wants him to do and Spo is taking him away from what he’s good at which is pushing and transition and being a point forward

Not standing in the corners and fighting for rebounds and standing still
