I Stop drinking coffee and Tea(combined with sugar too) and it felt like I had the shakes for almost 2 days. Not fun.
I Stop smoking weed and (heavy, lol) drinking in one weekend with no issues tho.

Technically alcohol and benzos are the only addictions that can kill you if you try to stop alone. Opiates sucks ass to quit though.

I can drink and smoke weed everyday for a month and quit cold turkey.
But when I was doing heroin I had to call 911 when I was going through withdrawal.
All it takes is to do heroin 3 days in a row and you're hooked. Alcohol takes much longer to get addicted.
