one thing I’ve noticed is that whatever you can do in your city, is what is available for you to do in other cities.
As an example, my city Charleston SC is up there in vacation destinations. I’ve here most of my life, at my income level, there’s no reason you would want to or should want to come here.
Above my income level, at say, brining in 200k a year and higher. This city and the surrounding areas are some of the best places to be in America.
It’s like there’s a paywall that unlocks this city to be, what it is. And if you dont have that money, it’s just a town or city to you live in.
At the same time, it’s like that every where you go, without the money to gain the access to that side of a place. You just in a city slightly different than the one you live in, with maybe a few more options than where you come from.
In Baltimore I can go to the harbor and watch a Orioles game and have decent hotel rooms and fine dining
In Charleston, I can go to the harbor and watch a river dogs game and have aight hotel rooms and decent dining
