because he's a pro

1. didn't have a car that he could be tracked by

2. went to the park where mad people are so he can blend in

3. apparently knew the camera angles to not have his face seen

4. didn't kill the witness's when he could've easily shot like 3 people.

5. More importantly the gun he used isn't some random ass gun you can buy in a gun store

This isnt south america or a movie, it prob wasnt an assassin. Yall acting like america isnt full of crazy gun nuts, and lax gun regulation.

Most likely the same ol American story. A mad and motivated guy with some money and time to spare.
