Pit bulls get a bad rap

My cousin had a chow chow. She was sweet and playful until one day she wasn’t. She was never mean to us. Other dogs though, she was a menace.

Back in the day you would see them everywhere terrorizing hoods. Some insurance companies would even insure your home if you owned one. We had two one of them was the best the other one didn't fuck with nobody but my dad. Got so bad that we had to get him up out of here.

I know you from NC so I can co-sign everybody had a fucking chow. I never had any bad experiences with them, but I knew not to fuck with them either.

I don’t think people back then knew how unpredictable they were, just saw them as the cool dog at the time. I guess they learned though because I haven’t seen a chow since I was young.
