I saw something online that said apparently, this nigga was supposed to be a teenger

I was like no way, but then I thought about it, if he’s supposed to be 17-18- or 19. The movie makes sense, and in addition to that. His girl was taking advantage of him, and not the other way around, cause she was a woman and he was boy

And in fact, his homie….that woman and her mama was taking advantage of that kid, using him as a guard dog so to speak, feeding him with pussy and love to keep him loyal

The movie look key kinda sick, if those niggaz was pose to be in their late teens

It actually isn't a travel in the NBA now. They've incorporated the concept of a gather step. The relevant part of the rule being:

  1. For a player who is in control of the ball while dribbling, the gather is defined as the point where a player does any one of the following:
    1. Puts two hands on the ball, or otherwise permits the ball to come to rest, while he is in control of it;
    2. Puts a hand under the ball and brings it to a pause; or
    3. Otherwise gains enough control of the ball to hold it, change hands, pass, shoot, or cradle it against his body.

According to this rule, that first step where he makes the spin would be the gather. He gets two steps after that, which is the number he took. All the spinning doesn't matter since he wasn't moving his pivot foot.

Well i was mainly talking about the inclusion of the gather which is the biggest difference between them and the nfhs interpretation of travel but didn't wanna get into a lengthy response but you are correct hence why I said it looks funny but you can't go by how it looks

A lot of fans be trying to tell me to call something cause it looks funny

I feel you. The real issue is that in games, the movement isn't usually that clean. In the vid, dude did a good job of not moving his pivot foot even when doing those spins. We know in games though, dudes be dragging and shifting their pivot foots all the time.

Elementary, Jr High, and High school, college gym, rec centers, any park hoop court... that was a travel.

It used to be a travel in the NBA, but since they changed their rules I guess it's allowed now.
