I have one better for you: An antimatter bomb that uses maybe 5-10lbs of antimatter colliding with matter.
Right now we simply don't have the energy to produce more than a few nanograms of antimatter, and even that costs billions of dollars. A half gram of antimatter colliding with a half gram of matter would produce the same destructive force as the bomb we dropped on Nagasaki. Realistically, 5lbs should be enough to destroy all life on this planet, 10lbs would prolly be enough to 100% end the world.
