2024/2025 NBA Season Thread

Added to Calendar: 10-22-24

It's funny watching videos, radio, and television to see people overreacting to only 6 or 7 games. I know this is what the media does to generate clicks and views, but this shit is a marathon not a sprint and they know this.

It's great to have the league back and the discourse though.
Its all for engagement like literally everything

It’s way too surface level

It’s let me post these stats or quote to get ppl to react usually without context

I don’t post 80% of the stuff I actually see lol

As long as he's cleared by the medical staff and doesn't have to be on a minutes restriction it's time for him to start
Really!?

you think they would start him over Brooks? Or if not Dillon, who? I would imagine Smith is staying in the starting 5, due to shooting and being a true 4. I know Brooks is not shooting too hot right now, but they did pay him a bunch of money and he is more seasoned than Tari. If they start Eason that would be cool though.

It's cats on ABW doing this everyday

I think we're in that weird situation where we're trying to manage certain players values to make sure it doesn't decrease or increase.....but the team would definitely benefit from having his energy in the starting group

It's kind of tricky with the lineups at the moment

We got this whole thing going on with Udoka benching Sengun right now too so idk lol

Asked Shai Gilgeous-Alexander about Intuit Dome and what comes to mind when he looks back at the Clippers trade.

Shai: “I had a great year here when I was here. Their front office made a trade they thought was better for their team. So did the Thunder. In the last five years I’ve tried to focus on my development and the team’s development… And I’d say it worked out in my favor.”
