Nah. Criminalizing that would be a bad idea. There’s no way to reliably enforce it. And trying to enforce it would just lead to more harm than good.

Man shorty was vibe too....we pulled up behind a value city in the loading dock in the snow... In the car smoking and drinking for hours... Had the seats leaned back...she was freestyling and doing spoken word to some beats...shit was a cool ass vibe....I was asking her why she not pushing her music... she got real talent....and that's when it came out

After seeing the video, she is not saying she doesn't disclose. She just doesn't do so early in the dating phase like on the first date. Which is fine. She tries to let the person get to know her before they judge. As long as she tells before they get physical, I don't see it as an issue. But I think she needs to tell before feellings are caught.

That’s even more of a reason to let them know off rip. That way dude can know if he want to waste his time or not. Same thing with a trans, they should let you know off rip.

Naw. Because people tend to make exceptions when they meet an amazing person.

Might turn into a dope friendship at the very least. But a person wouldn't know that because they said no before getting to know the person.

As long as she doesn't wait so long. I say no longer than 3 dates
 
She’s right in the sense that the onus shouldn’t be on her to disclose.

However, I think it’s wrong not to disclose something like that to a potential partner. If a woman disclosed to me she was HIV positive after the fact, I’m not sure I could trust her at all, undetectable or not.
