Should It Be Illegal To Purposely Not Tell Someone You Have An STD?

I had a chick tell me once...i was happy she did, cuz I was 100% about to try to smash. She said her numbers were low, and she still has sex and she's on her meds... But that was it for me and shorty....I felt low key bad, but I got over it fairly quickly

About the same for me

few yrs ago I was in court, my case was bout to be called so my lawyer pulled me in the hall to talk

when I got back in the courtroom dude I was sittin right next to was up in front the judge pleading guilty to criminal exposure to hiv/aids (hit raw & didn't tell her he was +)

got like 6 months unsupervised probation

Yes. Being an 80s baby, AIDS is top three among my biggest fears, probably after finding out I slept with a tranny.

lol I know this chick that is a menace. She has Herpes and she always tells the dude, but she tells him after getting him revved up with head or something else and right before he's ready to go in. As you can imagine, at that point, some dudes are willing to just take the risk.

I think to get around the "I didn't know i had it" excuse, STD tests should be mandatory every year once you turn 18.
