Breaking News Mike Jeffries, the former CEO of Abercrombie, has been arrested as part of a criminal sex trafficking investigation

The difference between Murder, Manslaughter, and self defense. In court, comes down to intent.

Itā€™s not what you know, itā€™s what you can prove. ā€œFlying someone outā€ so to speak

Can fall into, sex trafficking, or sex with contentā€

You can say, yes I did act immorally, but I did not commit a crime. Yes I did use my position to suggest there would be a result favorable to them. But they had a choice to say no.

Itā€™s not what you know happened, itā€™s what you can prove happened. Federal prosecutors gather evidence, throw out the worst they can get you on. Use federal dollars to stack a case against you, and make you fight a lofty and expensive legal battle or plead out to a lesser charge.
Thanks.

Was he trafficking adults?
No, he was using his position to curry favor from willing participants that felt they had to do it for a favorable result.

He was not keeping a stable of men, to sell off to others, in order to get financial or other favor from others in exchange for delivering men to them in exchange for sex.

Oh you got flown out. You know the drill. Say less.

And Iā€™m not saying that he isnā€™t a bad person and doesnā€™t deserve something harsh to happen for abusing his power.

But the law as of late a stretching the meaning of things to fit their narrative and its setting precedent that wonā€™t end with the people they are prosecuting.

Itā€™s a slippery slope of law enforcement that has been used routinely against us, and it is intentionally done by law enforcement against people that are the bane of public opinion, in order to give law enforcement more wiggle room to indict people.

Once again, once they have precedent..they donā€™t stop with the people you have a grudge against and or hate

Lmao that's messed up
Buddy is shooting dude bail like he came through on one of those promises for him.

Like "nah his word is bond you just gotta run some head in exchange, he's not a bad guy, it's just legal wording"

What are we doing?

anybody who has seen the Netflix documentary about A&F ain't surprised at all

u know he did that shit and I'm just wondering why it took so long for the Feds to make a move

maybe cuz it had to do with some of the victims being "straight" men? šŸ™

I can understand this logic

the problem is no one wants to think outside of firm black/white standards of what defines a sex crime

there are grey areas in some cases and folks don't want to even slightly appear that they are given someone a pass for a sex crime

truth is a lot of mofos did shit when they were younger that could def get u charged for an offense today

so they do extra to disassociate themselves from looking at anything in a truly objective way
