You're not wrong, but it doesn't matter much either way. He's in the street/sidewalk and it's everyone's street/sidewalk. Just as much right to walk in his neighborhood as any other one (unless it's gated).

True, but racism aside, I can understand being on alert when you see an unfamiliar person repeatedly walking past your house. Porch pirates and house burglars are real.
We just know in this case, 90% of the reason they found him suspicious is because he's black.

Ya the suspicion could make sense. But white people feel the need to police black people too often. An aggressive group following him is too much. And i doubt they know everyone in that neighborhood, and everyone that may be visiting someone in the neighborhood.
