OPINION Scenes you were glad you saw a movie in the theater

Though the marvel movies are getting too much audience feedback during the films now. Scene happens and it's cheering for 5-10 seconds and trying to hear what happened afterwards

NOPE in IMAX was way better than on TV screen

Scanning a huge screen looking for UFOs in the clouds was unique and how it was meant to be viewed
 
Step Brothers in the theater was pretty good.

I never been to a movie where the entire audience was crackin up so much.

It was like being at a comedy show.
 
I'ma go way back for these. 12-13 years old in 1995. I either went to the main movie theater or we waited until it went across the street to the Dollar Theater (movies were $1, plus tax).
This is a list of movies I saw in the theater. I might get flamed for some of these but fuck it.
Mortal Kombat.
Virtuosity (the effects at the time were too notch even the movie was over the top).
Dead Presidents (the war shots were fire and the robbery was well shot). The movie theater erupted when Anthony beat the brakes off Cowboy. Lol.
Bad Boys of course.
Tales From The Hood (that ending fucked me up. We should have had more black horror after that).
Two movies that stand out to me and I'm happy to brag on this.
I saw Heat and Casino in the movies. Man what a time. Those two are my favorites to always watch.
The desert scene in Casino is fucking awesome and the dialogue 🤌🤌🤌🤌🤌.

 
Oppenheimer was dope to watch in the theater.

Black Panther, Infinity War & Endgame were events.

Star Wars Special Edition when it was in theaters was dope to see.

I can still remember being a youngin seeing Batman Returns & Jurassic Park too. Once in a lifetime.
