The list is stupid just like everything it Complex puts out. What's their criteria here? Whatever it is can't be consistent. If they are prioritizing rapping ability, then 3K at 1 makes sense but Future at 2 doesn't. If they are prioritizing impact, then it doesn't really make sense to have Dre that much higher than Big. Even if you think Dre is the better rapper, his impact is mostly tied to Outkast. I can't really see any justification for having Future, Gucci, and Young Thug over Luda and Big besides recency bias.
