Here's my take on the good brother Tyler Perry that nobody asked for. I respect and admire this brother from coming up from the bottom chasing his dreams doing his plays to movies and paying the talent and actors their real worth and on top of that building the largest studio on your property. That shit right there is absolutely brilliant.

Here comes the BUT this current movie had all the talent for this movie to something really good. Yet my nigga wrote a script about a great topic that good be really done proper by a better writer. Yet what we got was some straight over the top foolishness with no character development.

I'm not in anyone's shoes, but i have witnessed blown black opportunity. from Flight Time & Prince. it's all hindsight now, but man, the industry that slipped through because of ego. we naturally surrounded ourselves within friendships with musicians and unwittingly left out business inclined peers. Tyler Perry needs to learn from others mistakes and stop being self absorbed in his fast diminishing successes. no one truly knows what the public will latch onto, buy Steve Jobs was mostly right: "people don't know what they want until you it to them". Talent Scout jobs needed! and something new will come along to take his place. foundation-ize, my nigga! actual talent over friendship and sex. build that fuckin' nest

The funny thing about all of thisā€¦ most people have given up on Tyler Perry years ago. The people really complaining are the majority his core supporters that stuck around. Calling your fan base out for your own creative missteps is wild.
