That’s all people want just more polished more decent shit. Even if he stuck with the corny drama he could at least have the wigs and costumes and shit correct.

Like damn they filmed one of the black panther movies at his studio. Like that shit wasn’t even Starz quality

Yea that definitely should’ve been a part TP expounded on. I think it would’ve helped us understand why Dallas was the way he was. We just knew him as an angry black man from the jump. They barely showed him happy. Like what was the relationship like before? When did it take a turn.

Maybe not all but it was a lot of scenes had me questioning things.

Why didn’t the pastor like that woman’s sons? Why were they the hated family?

Why was Dallas the way he was? Why did he kill his father? This was a big one for me because maybe we could’ve better understood why he was so jacked up.

Was Ava and Dallas ever happy? What caused the switch to him being so angry?

And the beginning scene could’ve did without them taking ol boy out the casket.

I mean the preacher said they were just criminals and trouble makers and rapists

He said he killed hi s father

They were HS sweethearts so it must have been good enough for them to get married.

That beginning scene is so stupid it’s the best part of the movie.

I wish they dropped him and he went rolling down the isle.
