Well apparently this is a pretty common thing so they tend to have someone on retainer for projects that involve Sheetrock repair at no cost to the customer

My shit didn't even look like anything happened but still, my nerves were shot cause I was selling the house in like a week

A week before that, an old water pipe burst right in front of my yard flooding that part. Luckily no water got into my house but I was starting to think I was cursed
