We don't know know what kind of employee she was suppose to be. We just know that she was also had something to do with a few songs on top of whatever he hired her to.
Plus there's a year gap between when she was hired for whatever and worked on a few songs, while she still doing onlyfans, and when he offered her that 1m. We don't know if she was still employed by him in that gap

No telling what else she was doing or whatever they had going on.
