Cuz women in rap for decades now have had a crabs in the bucket mentality. There’s a reason why every major female rap artist since the mid 90s beefed with one another in some form.

That being said I ain’t ever herd of Bia but just off first impression she looks and sounds like Great Value Cardi B.

We need to stop treating women as if they are supposed to uplift and support each other because they are women

Men in Hip Hop beef and blackball each other all the time. Even kill each other and nobody says shit like, "Damn, they are pulling each other down."

It's a competition and in competition you pick sides.

Ain’t shit wrong with women beefing in rap. It’s just telling that the few women that actually get mainstream attention eventually beef with each other no matter what. It’s been like this since the days of Lil Kim & Foxy Brown. It’s just amazing to me after all these years instead of trying to get their own labels off the ground and building up groups and stables of other female rappers they content with their spots tearing each other down.

…and depending on the beef people do say that about men. However the talent pool is so much larger than women that in the grand scheme of things it isn’t as impactful.

I think it's like this.

People don't think women in traditionally male dominated spaces are as talented as the males.

But what makes males increase their levels of talent is competition.

Constantly harping on women having to stick together, whether it is in sports and in the arts, just keeps mediocre women around and then we wonder why they aren't that good or as popular as men.

For example, Rapsody is super talented, no untalented female rapper is gonna try to beef with Rapsody because she'll kill them.

Lil Kim, Cardi B, Foxy Brown are and were propped up by men. It's men telling them what to rap and how to say it. In the grand scheme of things, they are mediocre compared to men.

We have to let women experience competition. We can't keep telling them they are doing something wrong when natural selection occurs in their industry.
 
lol, now thinking about it Bia is a terrible name for a rapper. She was a kid when Bia Bia came out she must of thought that was something positive lol
 
Bia performed at the BET Awards with Lil Jon with the Bia Bia instrumental behind her single, thought it was weird she never sampled it and made it offical.

But yeah shorty like a better Saweetie, makes a decent bop but most her shit blah music.
