Since they wanna cheat and put X-Men 97 in there go ahead and put Blade in there too. That would have been my 4th movie.

Some genuinely didn't age well you legitimately don't need to see every one to catch up on the infinity saga itself. Though, if you wanted to see just for curiosity purposes then by all means go for it. If you wanted to know key films we can help you out with that too.
