I wanna try to break this down by decades.

For each decade I want everybody to post their top 10 albums from the decade.

The albums with the most votes will be added to the top 100 list.

1970s and prior = 15 albums will be added to the top 100 list

1980s = 25 albums will be added

1990s = 25 albums will be added

2000s = 15 albums will be added

2010s = 15 albums will be added

2020s = 5 albums will be added (If necessary)
