Had a look into this and it doesn't sound like he's leaving for free or being paid up as he's got a year left on his contract.
Think the club is looking for a cut-price deal to get rid.
Unless it's Arsenal, I can't see him at any other Premier league club. Palace ain't paying £20-25m for him*, which is allegedly what Man United want
