Memphis Bleek's 'Roc Solid' Podcast Thread

Look how he wears his hat, this shit gunna be trash or super meh.

But seriously, everyone think they're gunna start a podcast and get a multimillion dollar deal. None of them realize that only interesting people with something to say, get those numbers.
Like @Chicity said, the numbers will be decent for the diehards that wanna hear the few meh Roc stories, after that its over. Get the vibe they wont say how the really feel about topics and play everything safe like its an E news interview. Nobody tuning in to hear you not have an opinion about anything.

Theres so many podcasts these days I dont know how anyone can be dedciated to one...

Combat Jack was the GOAT and a must listen every week, helped I was doing loads of miles in the car at the time but his pod was perfect...

Drink Champs was cool when it first started but became sh!t and I havnt listened to it properly in years...

Then there were two boxing pods I used to listen to...

Now I just check a few interviews here as there on YouTube as there are 100's but its not the same when you have one or two pods you check for week after week and get invested in, almost like a good TV series...

It's an abundance of podcast shows in my hometown. It's the new "I'm a rapper too" hustle. They don't talk about anything that's educational that you can at least learn from. Being creative is at an all time low. It's the "let's record ourselves, gossiping on local hood stuff for a few hours" show

The thing is, a lot of these 'hood nigga' rappers not even gossiping, they have a podcast to say not a damn thing. Just wanna plug their shitty merch. They mostly approach controversial subjects like Dame or Mal, with the too cool for school attitude. Then wonder why no one views their show. Whos tuning in to hear yall say, "i dont speak on another mans business" for everything or not say how you really feel about a project. Like ur scared of them.

Then when they see other shows running it up, they get salty and wanna call them Wendy Williams, or lame. They're starting a podcast to do interviews like local corporate radio shows. To do the same corporate cookie cutter safe questions that people hate and stopped listening to radio because of it.
