Bro, that's not what she's saying. We hear this rhetoric all the time. What chicks like that are saying is that society puts all the onus on women to stop bad things from happening and none of the responsibility on men. What men have to keep explaining is that it's not about putting extra responsibility on women. It's about acknowledging the reality that there are bad people out there that can't be reasoned with, so we all have to put extra care in protecting ourselves.
Imagine getting a new house, and someone came up to you and said "Hey, there have been some break-ins in the area. You should get a security system." Would you respond with "Why should I have to spend money on a security system? Why don't you go tell the burglars to stop breaking into people's houses?" No, you wouldn't. That is the exact logic that women like the original poster run with.

Dudes with a lot of money mess up the game all around. I used to be cool with this bartender, and she told me she had regulars that would come in and before she served them a single drink they would put hundreds of dollars in her hand. Then after the night was over they would leave 200% or 300% tips all in hopes that they might get a shot at her. She would always turn them down but that wouldn't stop them from throwing the money at her.
