Not to say anyone should be assaulted,..but if i ever met a woman and she told me she was walking down the street and someone punch her in her face, and I asked her where. And she said Brooklyn, I’d kinda lose some of my shock.

Which one?

The response makes perfect sense. A dude that just goes around punching random women probably isn't rational. You can tell him to stop, but he probably won't and nothing will change for him. The woman that refuses to take precautions is putting herself in danger though.

His point is that people try to get both sides to listen, and both sides seem to think they don't have to. The women that refuse to listen wind up getting hurt and the crazy ass dudes don't until they get caught.

The comment was made in response to a chick saying something to the effect of "Why are ya'll telling us to take precaution instead of telling those men not to hit women?" He was answering her question. It's not like he just posted that shit randomly out of nowhere.
