Welcome To aBlackWeb

Just got done. Besides some scenes w tglhe human actors that could of been better. This joint was pretty solid.

When I saw the animals in the trailer, I thought this movie would be on some Power Rangers bs and I’m glad my ignorance proved me wrong. I really enjoyed this movie. From the music featured to the action sequences. Definitely theater worthy.

Enjoyed it. HIP HOP BABY!! 94' golden era ran throughout this movie. Loved it.

At least they did Unicron right. Wanted to see his robot form tho. Low key popped for the
GI-Joe teaser. Are they re-doing that?? I hope so

Repetitive Rise

PRAISE: I definitely remember the badly animated 1996 Beast Wars series. I was curious to see how many characters from that show would be included in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts.
They did a good job with the inclusion of some of the characters and the SFX work.
Anthony Ramos and Domonique Fishback do fine with what they are given.
The voice work from Pete Davidson as Mirage, Michelle Yeoh as Airazor, Ron Perlman as Optimus Primal, Peter Dinklage as Scourge and last but not least Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime was excellent.
Scourge is probably the best villain since Transformers Age of Extinctions villain Lockdown.
I did enjoy a lot of the excellently choreographed action sequences. Some of the humor really worked. The soundtrack was great bringing back a lot of memories. The inclusion of something that I wanted to see in live action since the first Transformers movie was great. The presentation of something that could infuse new life into this franchise is something I'm looking forward to.

PROBLEMS: The movie presents a mainly ultra ,basic and clichéd human story.
I guess I'm experiencing Transformer fatigue. Sure the movies are entertaining but have become so repetitive I can almost guess what characters will say and what the outcomes will be for them.

Scale of 1 to 10 a 7

It was okay it could've been better. They did the maximals dirty. Optimas primal and air razor the most lines cheetor only had three lines and rhinox didn't speak at all and he's the most intelligent maximal. Also they didn't "maximize" into their robit forms untill the final battle. Njghtbird was my favorite design followed by arcee. Pete Davidson was okay as mirage but was cringe at times. I'm not gonna complain about wheel jack although I will say the should've named him beachcomber it would've made more sense

Both are beach vehicles both are nature lovers. Moving on the movie was still better than all the bay films better huse of colors especially for the bad guys unlike the bay films you can tell them apart the colors pop on these characters they're all not a dismal grey. 71/2 out of ten
On a side note I think they should do a beast wars movie set before the maximals came to our earth maximals vs predicons e need to see Megatron , tarantulas black arachnia rat trap etc and do rhinox and cheetor some justice. Looking forward to the next movie for the autobots vs deceptions contiuing conflict.

Man! I loved this way more than I thought I would. Easily my favorite live action Transformers film. Caple Jr. is legit. Hasbro really has not missed since Bumblebee damn
