Damn I didn’t even realize the Celtics lost 5 of the last 6 ECFs they were in

They this generation’s pistons

But a step down since they never won in that time frame
Would you give Jaylen Brown 50 mil a year? I'm hesitant on that but I understand if the C's don't want to break up their duo.

If im the Celtics, im paying JB. Typically teams need two max players to contend. So why move on from JB just to turn around and spend that money anyway?

I rather sign JB, and if it turns out that its not working out, trade him for another max player.

I think the Celtics will pay Brown but it's not as easy of a decision yall make it out to be

The whole "just pay him and figure the rest out later" thing is way more complicated than it used to be with this new CBA

I mean really the more I think about it I'm starting to lean on towards Boston not keeping him actually lol

They need a PG and/or a starting C so bad

Jaylen probably the only path for that

Why y’all let him go though?
The Knicks been so quiet since Rose's hire that idk. I also dont know what Scott Perry was doing as GM. He might have been running the show or he might have been a figure head doing nothing.

Knicks stupidly secretive.

The Rose years have been super successful for Knicks standards though, so Im gonna let them continue doing them without criticism.

Yeah the more I really look at their situation.....I think they end up moving him

Add in the KD trade rumors, the comments made throughout the season and now the fans just had to watch him get outplayed by Caleb Martin for 7 games

I imagine it going something like the Celtics low-balling him with an offer followed by Jalen Brown asking for a trade(which Boston knows will happen after they lowball him)

Works for me

They don’t deserve Jaylen

2 players not in their prime yet. They right now are not looking to break up the duo. Not saying the decision to just pay him is easy. But they aren't looking to break them up right now.
