Yawned looking at this. I swear I wish AEW would stop hiring everybody. Nigel is cool but this doesnt do anything for them just like it didnt in NXT.
Edit: just realized its probably for ROH which probably is not going to take off anywhere near what they hoped.

Props to them but I think they failed to get a TV deal and I don't think with the ROH roster they got it will get any closer.
Either way i instantly thought they signed Nigel for AEW TV but ROH is fine for what it is.

Yeah, it's seeming like they're pivoting into the "super indie" void that NXT black and gold left, which is perfect for ROH in it's current iteration imo.
Nigel could always show up on AEW. He was cooking Danielson on commentary at Supercard so anything's possible.
