I was sleeping so good then all of a sudden my head start banging!!!! I was like “oh no karma is coming to get me,” I got up took some medicine and my shit was still rocking. It finally started to go away and the sleep was getting back good. Then my dog reminded me, it was time to take her out to shit. Now I can’t sleep.

I can tolerate salmon I still get a lil itch though. Tilapia is just the trash can of fish wouldn’t feed that shit to a stray dog.

Tilapia gets a bad rap. As a fish, it's not any worse than any other fish. The problem is that most of the farm raised Tilapia comes from China, and the Chinese feed their fish shit from other farm animals. If you can find farm raised Tilapia from other countries or wild caught Tilapia, it's much better.
