i can say...i grew up in a black community. it may have been the hood or ghetto...but we were a community.

foul nigga keep to other foul niggas.
every once in a while it crossed over to civilian shit....but more often than not they left us alone.

the whole problem came with the influx of drugs...that gave fuck niggas power...and they felt they was the same as real hustlers.

None of those things is problems though, the only thing those "problems" create for you is it perpetuate a stereotype that you can't dispell because they are born of the fear and ignorance of another man. That would want you to do nothing more than blame a nigga with the same color as you for his insecurities. That's why conservative networks love Kanye right now.
