it's really not much you can do for a gunshot victim if they are hit in a car. you shouldn't pull them out the car unless you know how to treat them. im not sure where dude was hit at but he wasn't responsive so all they could do is check his pulse. talk to him and wait. i think filming a person in that condition is fucked up but it's the world we live in. phones always come out.

anyway, its not a problem for the individual who sees it, until them become desensitized....which is happening a lot
