Fans have been chanting Punk's name during the 7 years he was away...when he returned...and STILL chant his name now. But some of yall saying turn him heel for no legit reason, just to do it?? C'mon guys.

We complain about WWE doin shyt that makes no sense. But you want WWE to do something that won't make sense. Turning Punk heel. Who just won the SD Universal Title. Who a huge chunk of the fans love.

And they flipped Orton into a heel for the Mania Cody build and fans cheered him too. So like OG said fans are gonna cheer regardless. But Punk can generate heat for sure there’s already a segment of fans who don’t fuck with him lol

But that's a small segment Ice. You know that. That segment of fans...ain't nearly as close to number of fans who DO fucc wit him. Again...they continued chanted this man's name during the 7 years he was away from WWE. Rock and Austin wasn't consistently gettin that from fans.

All I'm saying is this...folks wanna see a heel punk...cool. The shyt has to make sense. Doin it for the sake of it, just to fulfill folks fancy booking, isn't a good reason. Just like how folks wanted Cody to just randomly turn heel. Hell...folks wanted Cena to turn FOR THEE LONGEST. And when he finally did...how that turned out?

Yall gotta thinkin the implications in the ring. How it affects current and future storylines. And in TKO's case...how it affects business outside the ring. Again...it has to make $en$e.

Punk doesn't need to turn heel. He's one of the few talents on that roster who encompasses both babyface and heel personalities. You don't need to force him to do either one. Let him be him. Those traditional ways of straight heels and straight babyfaces continues fading each year. Wanting WWE to be consistent wit the storylines and bookin...is more important than forcing someone to be a "bad guy".

You didnt answer my question. Post Mania 40 is current Roman a babyface??? He's been getting babyface reactions ever since coming back at SummerSlam 2024. Before he lost the belt to Cody he was more or less getting boo'd and treated like a heel cause he was a heel.
