The site markets it as the first "affordable EVTOL." I get why they'd say that, but it's still funny. 150K isn't affordable for anyone outside of the 1%.

Yeah, that's pretty short, but understandable. EV cars are really heavy because of the batteries. When you cut down on that for a flying vehicle, it will cut down the operating time. This one is a hybrid that gives you a 500 mile range.

Looks way too dangerous.... You would essentially need a runway to properly use it. And I just wouldn't trust it to not malfunction.

You don't need a runway. It's a vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) vehicle, so you should be able to use it right from your driveway.

It actually does have impressive safety features.

In some ways its basically just a big drone that can care someone. You actually don't even need a pilot's license to get one. It might sound crazy, but I'd bet riding in one of these is safer than drive a car, mostly because you won't really have to worry about other people's crazy driving.

But NY and Boston, it only takes one guy to put hands on someone before everyone gets involved. Usually I see shit like that and wonder, where are we as humanity but right now. When I seen a bunch of young New Yorkers chasing down a guy over a sports team.

Yeah. Apparently there have been some advances and the procedure is pretty painless. Its just a matter of having someone in my mouth for an hour and dealing with soreness after. Hopefully its not that bad but I keep a lil something in the tuck for times like that.

Depends a lot on who does it.. I had a reroot canal done a week ago.. well reroot.. had a previous one done on it years ago and apparently they didn’t get all the nerves so I woke up randomly in pain screaming bloody murder lol. That was the cause and not infected since they same person also didn’t do my crown correct so it was basically leaking and getting infected.

To be fair, you don't need a ton of training to operate a car. You need the training to drive a car on a road guided by a variety of different rules beside lots of other drivers. That's not really a concern with vehicles like this...yet. The other reason you don't need a ton of training is because the computer handles most of the complex stuff. Think about it like this. How much training would you need to drive a Tesla, if 90% of the work was done by the autopilot feature and you were going to be going out on a road that had almost no other people? The answer is none. You could get in the car, look at the instruction manual to find out how to turn on the autopilot and be on your way.
