That "foreigner" flex is just ad hominem with seasoning: it dodges the actual points people raise about Tariq's pattern of race-baiting stunts, divisive FBA gatekeeping that punches down on other Black folks (immigrants, Caribbeans, Africans), and turning commentary into a brand where every slight becomes supremacy theater.

The scoreboard game itself is weak sauce anyway. Real impact isn't a rap battle tally of "I did more than you and A.mann." It's whether the energy lifts people long-term or just farms outrage, sells DVDs, and keeps everyone scanning for the next outsider to call out. Pocket-watching cuts both ways, some see a guy monetizing perpetual grievance while others cheer the receipts. Neither makes the ideology immune to scrutiny.

If someone is selling something, and I want it, I'll buy it. Nothing "grifting" about that.

What you and the a.mann dude is doing is "lying" on another black man. Those are lies, and the fact that you can't seem to see this is more concerning than anything.

I don't care if it's the Tariq dude or anybody else, no black man should be lying on another black man, especially when there's no proof of any allegations.

I brought of the facts on what Tariq has done, paid for funerals, (for other black people that he didn't know) built things. produced things high-lighting the good things that black folks including Africans, Caribbeans have done)

You didn't mentioned anything about that. Brotha, if that's not hating then I don't know what to tell you.

That dude has done more for black people than you and a.mann combined. He's done more for your own family members than you have... and that's done right sad to even post.

Let me say up front I don’t know about the Cook County property theft so I’ll take her at her word for that.

As far as the ability to vote, yes you can still vote of course, but she’s thinking too simplistically which is common with a lot of people. What is really happening is them taking away black representation previously enshrined by the VRA.

Before, each state was required to have majority black districts so black people could have representation in Congress. Now that is removed so states are gerrymandering maps expeditiously to kill those majority black districts, thus diminishing black representation in Congress. And if your district is gerrymandered to elect someone not aligned with the goals of black people, your vote essentially doesn’t count. That’s how you get to the “losing voting rights” part of the argument, not losing the ability to vote.

I thought after pages of arguing this was understood, but obviously not.

What makes it even crazier is she brings up Trump highlighting that the 14th amendment was for FBAs, when there are republicans right now looking to challenge that amendment as well.
