But back to my stance...you address groups...you tell the Hispanics, we'll relax on immigration, tell this group we'll increase housing....tell this group...X y and z...

Every group gets their own 1st choice and then you put out policies that helps ALL groups..

Thats how you appease everybody...

Tell musty tethers that they will get free supplies of deodorant lol..

But you get my point...you appease groups with their main request...then you put together polices that helps all groups...

Dems win all groups...

Either way, you not understanding what it’s like to be black has nothing to do with differing opinions. I was just trying to give you some insight into our unique perspective. Your choice to listen or condescend.

Things like asking for better candidates and having an expectation to be able to have demands as voters is not being dismissive of black ppls experience. Folks on here have admitted that their vote for Kamala was a vote for someone who is part of the problem. That's part of where my focus is. Voting for the part of the problem.

“If you can’t handle different opinions you shouldn’t be on the internet” and “Do I have to be prompted so u can feel better about it?” is implying someone is being sensitive. Let’s not play the literal game.

Asking for better candidates and having demands as voters is not what we’re arguing, we’re arguing not voting and as I’ve demonstrated time and time again that doesn’t work well for black people given the harshness of the alternative.

The examples I gave for why it’s not good for black people is what you fail to address. You just keep deflecting to other arguments I’m not having.

It’s ok to say your stance has nothing to do with how it impacts black people, which is one of the things I take issue with since you’re posting on ABlackWeb.

It’s not racist. That’s a valid single issue for them because it negatively impacts their families. They’re getting killed on the street, in detention centers, getting deported to unknown countries, etc. Not having reparations is not as important as other issues for black people.

I wasn't calling u sensitive but if we were to pick a word intolerant might be more accurate. The whole prompted thing is pointing out the hypocrisy that a bunch of ppl are bringing Kamala up unprompted but u are only calling it out to the person who does so negatively

That's why I brought up Chicago flips red. Grassroots conservative black movement in Chicago who are addressing the failing of the Democrats for more than one single issue. And I brought them up bc u say I'm ignoring or dismissing black ppls experience, which is fair to assume, but u can't say the same for them.

They dont need my vote nor care about my vote to win.

Would it make more sense to bring to the ppl that need your vote to win?


If you are a democrat candidate, dont you need the black vote to win? Would you be going to these black churches to secure the black vote?

We’re talking presidential elections, but i concede the Chicago point because I’m not as familiar. If flipping red includes federal elections, then I wouldn’t agree with that stance given the outcomes for black people. I’m speaking solely on federal because they’re the ones who are lock-step with Trump and putting forward policies that hurt black people. And those issues I claim you’re dismissing when you say to not vote.

I’m not assuming that, I’m assuming enough are impacted for it to matter. And that’s a fair assumption given the drop in Latino support for Trump on the heels of his ICE policies.

Further, it was just an example to prove a point. It wasn’t something I intended to deep dive about.

And as a black man, in recent history, my issues are not from Democrat policies that’s for sure. Mine today from a government policy perspective are from Trump and Republicans and one or two democrats who fought against all the shit Biden tried to do that would have actually helped me.

I think you’ll agree we’ve both said what we’ve wanted to say at this point regarding this topic.
