I'm actually a little confused.

Did the owner trademark "Tendernism" after everything blew up or did he already have it trademarked and then used Unk to blow the restaurant up? I'm just asking because he said he was feeling short changed. That would only make sense if he was the architect behind it all.

That shouldn't be the case if he was the architect behind it all. That would mean he made it that way.

He couldn't sit back and just collect the money he wanted the fame too. Now he's got it. Fuck him and his restaurant.

He could have been the architect and never expected it to blow up the way he did.

EIther way he's stupid. I was just curious because the story seems ambiguous.

I observed that people were trying to tell him he was being taken advantage of and he threw on his cape for the white dude and was all like, we had an understanding, he's never taken advantage of me, I'm so thankful for him, etc... The cracka took something YOU came up with and copyrighted it. It certainly wasn't to protect UNC or to put him on game like, here's this thing I did for you, it's in your name, etc...

I don't think I kicked his back in at all. I simply said I'm not rolling and he could go back to his massa.

I think abusive women is a false equivalency but you the homie so I understand why you used that as an example to illustrate your point.

To me, this boils down to a simple case of the white man's ice is colder. Black people were telling you what was up and you didn't wanna believe that.
