2025-26 NBA Season Thread: Back to Agenda Watching!

Added to Calendar: 10-21-25

What if a top player sued the NBA bcuz he was drafted by a tanking team like Utah? Like, what if he claims the league rigged it for him to go there, and he wasn't given a fair chance to go somewhere else? Then he refuses to go there. This could be game-changing for the lottery's future, and this would be the draft to do it.

You can’t dictate to a coach how he manages his rotation. Fining a team for not playing a player in an entire quarter is silly.

No because it’s a different situation that’s irrelevant
In addition, the Indiana Pacers have been fined $100,000 for violating the Player Participation Policy in connection with the team's game against the Utah Jazz on Feb. 3. Following an investigation, including review by an independent physician, the NBA determined that Pascal Siakam, a star player under the Policy, and two other Pacers starters, neither of whom participated in the game, could have played under the medical standard in the Policy, including by playing reduced minutes. Alternatively, the team could have held the players out of other games in a way that would have better promoted compliance with the Policy.

Should I blame the bulls for having ousmane Dieng but using him to get Nick Richards? 🤔
I wanna say you take the player with the potential and just make it work because if Dieng plays to the potential he had pre draft, you have him and Matas as your future two dynamics forwards and just have no C since the team sucks regardless

Buttttt even I didn’t expect dieng to do what he’s been doing on the bucks even with the opportunity….

Hmm I can’t use hindsight…idk
