Roads are impassable. 18 wheelers are parked in the sides of roads. Cars are stuck and disabled. People are stranded on roads freezing waiting for someone to come thru the same roads their cars died on to save them. Emergency vehicles are getting into accidents trying to save lives. This is way more of an inconvenience than shoveling.
