OK! Season is finally over. There needs to be big changes starting with the head coach. Ravens lost another game in which they failed to capitalize off their lead. I do not blame the kicker as it should not have come down to a kick and instead of getting more yards with a few time outs left, Harball decided to kick from 44 yards away on the road with a rookie who has never been in this situation and his first time kicking in Pitt at that. All these other coaches getting the axe do not have Lamar Jackson (who played great) and Derrick Henry. I thought the defense did enough, but the DC has to go too. Not being able to get pressure on a 40 plus year old statue of a QB is just sad. If Josh Allen does not make it with both Lamar and Pat out then they better get on him real bad.

Falcons rework Cousins deal, set up key decision

The Falcons and Kirk Cousins agreed to modify the final two years of the QB's contract, setting the stage for a decision on his Atlanta future to be made by the third day of the 2026 NFL league year on March 13, a source told ESPN.

My early guess for OC is Daboll. Wouldn’t be mad at it although I might lean going for a more risky HR with a young up and comer like Udinski
