White people bring out Kid Rock and shit when they run for president. Yes democrats do extra shit but Meg the Stallion didn’t hurt her. A 6 month presidential campaign hurt way more.

Do you know anything about his homeland? The Caribbean English speaking countries are ran by black people. Yes they are colonies and may have relations with British but we both know it not as oppressive as the US. If he was born here and said tear it down would you think he was wrong? I see the shit with Meg, Quavo, etc. more so as a reflection of the youth voter base than the candidate that put them on stage. If 18-24 year olds didn’t idolize people like that then they wouldn’t be of use to the candidate, and best believe they are only on that stage because someone thought it would be helpful.

Imagine if you were 18 and a candidate had your favorite rapper on stage? At 18, you’re probably going to trust that candidate a little more through that association.

My 45 year old self isn’t with it, and even if it pulls the youth I don’t like it, but somebody saw value in it and there probably was.

When they don't even vote themselves. They don't represent the 18-24 year old black person whose making under 50k a year.

They can't speak on their issues and what they need to succeed in their lives.

I think that's the point that's being missed.

Why I gotta list shit you can look up. Women generally are more likely to be raped and sexually assaulted we had to pass laws to protect them but they are t always enforced. Women with kids are usually more vulnerable than men with kids and make less.

This is like a white man asking why we needed civil rights. They have rights but they aren’t always enforced or applied fairly and I’m talking about black women.

They used for young black folks I don’t think it worked but I don’t doubt the intention. It didn’t work because democrat voters don’t care for it. But again it didn’t ruin her campaign. Democrats also kneeled in Kente cloth like it meant something so yes a lot of them are out of touch completely.
