Does KOTD still put on events? I haven't been following battle rap too closely for some years now, but I dont hardly see KOTD upload event trailers anymore

budget is tight right now for KOTD

they had a beat battle event in Philly i think some months ago


Organik said they ll do more battle rap on beats event and actual beat battles in the near future
 
Man fuck beat battles. That's the wackest shit ever.

It's wild for as successful as lush one has been in battle rap, as far as throwing together classic ass events, hes always mismanaged money and fucked things up for both grindtime and kotd. Once these battlers started asking for 20 grand a battle I knew kotd couldn't be making much money. Hope a good number of their battlers been able to still get battles elsewhere.
