The only way probation makes any sense is if you're getting a charge reduction or having it dismissed if you complete it successfully and that doesn't happen if you take the 20 days.

That's not true. I've done things that could have gotten me locked that weren't part of my standard operating procedure and wouldn't have been done if I was on probation and knew I was being monitored.

lol We all have done illegal shit, but it's really not that hard to avoid doing it. Unless you in a "I gotta steal to survive" type scenario, avoiding trouble isn't that hard. People are just hard headed and want to do what they want to do, consequences be damned.
