If that pelicans pick is top 5 and the hawks get it, league need to take over the team. Honestly top 10 even.

I'll give it to them though, they finally got me interested in the pelicans. I ain't watching no games but they might be the first teams box score I might look at every morning.

Sengun I kind of know what we getting, a better version of last year, which was already a really good player.

Amen is who I'm most interested in seeing.

Im hoping to see some real steps forward offensively.

Traded that pick for Dairy Queen who won’t even be healthy the first month of the season

Here's where Im at with it

Of course losing Fred Van Goat sucks but ideally the plan was always to have Reed and Amen as the backcourt of the future

If we got to the end of the season and Reed was still looking like a backup and playing 15 minutes per game then something went wrong anyway.....the goal was always to have him take over by the end of this year or next season so now we just to get to see it a little bit sooner and evaluate if this the long term solution

Also between, Sengun, Bari, Tari, and Amen...this guy's are years 3-5 of the their career....they've been in the mud, they have playoff experience......the time is now for them to be professionals, take the next step as establish vets and not be considered a young team rebuilding team anymore

Pels getting fleeced by two separate Hawks front office regimes in back to back years is still crazy to me
