If JK takes the QO we will be out of the tax completely. More money to fill out the back-end of the roster, more money for buyout candidates, and the ability to take back more salary than we send out in a trade. Yeah, we would rather have the contract for trades but as we all can see that market hasn't been there for him anyways, so...

On the other end he would have to play ball with Kerr and try and fit in to maximize his playing time which is the ideal circumstance for us. Him if goes that route and wants to showcase himself then a highly motivated version of him is likely to play some defense and rebound to stay on the floor.

Its either a bluff of he is being misrepresented to a terrible degree. Take the money and run.
