Why do some Black Americans hate Africa so much?

That whole thing where you said all the immigrants wore dress shoes to school and they were quiet and soft lol

I even provided you or whoever with a video of Africans in their dress shoes talking about wearing them to school. THe father was usually strict, the mother valued education heavy...with the father...they had 1 car...they usually kept to themselves... (no harm)

Africans did not rock Jordans, Penny Hardways, Ken Griffins...Bo Jackson...Shaqs., or the latest brand shoes in the 90s in school. They didn't wear Girbauds, polos etc in the 90s, some wore suits, dress pants and the girls wore dresses for the most part with socks..not the average dress but like those uniform dresses. (no harm)

You gotta think these kids are not from here so they don't know the latest fashion compared to us being around our uncles, older brothers, other FBAs who were "outside" playing...watching rap videos....etc... who been up on fashion and game.

Them African kids weren't allowed to watch rap videos nor listen to rap music in the 90s like that....If they heard rap music outside of the home it was from their FBA buddy...

No African kid in 5th or 6th grade in the 90s was coming to school raping raps...lol...not to sound mean or anything, i'm just stating facts.. I'm speaking in the 90s

The quiet part and soft is because, again, they didn't know anybody...most FBAs went to school with the kids from the neighborhood...who they played with outside...some went to school with their cousins...etc...siblings...so there, that's a connection with majority of FBA kids..having friends when they got to schooll.. Africans when they rode the bus to school kept quiet...while us FBAS were talkative...loud..being bad etc.....the Africans didn't come outside to play in their neighborhood...so they had no friends....they were new to the school....they didn't come up in that school....or if we are talking middle school....they did not attend the "feeder" school or schools that middle school accepted... Then to add on...that some of their parents told them to not play with FBAs..which is the reason that they were quiet and to themselves...they couldn't rock out with us..

Soft isn't a knock.....they weren't very atheltic, we would always pick the african in sports at P.E. LAST, they didnt know how to play football, or basketball, nor baseball, they just kept to themselves, some, not all...church shoes and kickball was always a diaster.

I tell you this and this will sound fuck up...Africans who did fuck with FBAs...became cool with FBAs because they could take our jokes..they would laugh at themselves and even try...again try to so call roast back which went very bad....They got jose'd on but eventually it was that FBA dude who took a liken to that African...and was like man you can rock out with us at the lunch table or at recess

African chicks never hung with FBA chicks...until they got in college....even in hs..they stayed to themselves and focused on their grades (no harm)

Again, this may come off as some hating shit but this was reality in the 90s...and of course you may say it was only in my area...No

Back then, Africans and blacks for the most, stayed around each other...so when I or a FBA would visit their kinfolk from other parts of the state, country...it's the same setup...
All black people for the most part stayed around each other in the 90s, 80s, 70s...we lived together...

Kids talked back in the 90s...we grew up in a close nitted enivornment.....It's deep...I can go on and be much detailed but I will chill...

I tell you this...your local skating ring where you from...in 1995....as teens, how many times you seen more than 10 - 50 Africans at the skating ring?

you'll see more than 50 FBAS at your local skating ring in 95, 94..

Or a group of Africans at the state fair that comes every Fall....

How many Africans went to the Bayou Classic in 1996? I"m not hating...it is what it is...they didn't rock with us, nor were they in our spaces...

How many AFricans would you say you saw riding around town bumping Ice Cube in 95? Anywhere

Bruh I was born in 1987 I don’t think we even had that many Africans in my area to know what they wore. I get it they are different

Let's do this... 90s, 80s, 70s.

Mardi Gras - 70s, 80s, 90s
Essence Fest - 90s

I'll stop there...do you really think Africans were here at these places during these times??

Do you think the African kids were at your local skating rings? in the 80s, 90s,

At your local high school football games on Friday nights 80s and 90s?

At your locat high school basketball games on Friday nights 90s and 90s

Bruh I was born in 1987 I don’t think we even had that many Africans in my area to know what they wore. I get it they are different

And that was my point in the very beginnings of all of this..their mindset..outlook is not the same as FBAs..
They haven't been over here that long...

You coming over here trying to shot call shit when you wasn't even thought of as ppl...them white folks aint want you over here, it was fbas..

You didnt even speak the language...the slang..we taught you that...you aint come over here speaking your language...you came over here dressing that way, until we said...man you gotta stop wearing suits to school...get you some jeans...stop wearing church shoes...or hard bottoms...get you some Nikes..
Etc..

Like..let's not act how this shit all went....for the most part...

I know you niggas and where you come from...how shit was when you got over here...no diss but when you wanna act all mighty, let me bring yo ass down from off that high horse..

Your whole haircut is like ours...come on now...

I digress...and it aint all Africans on that are on that bullshyt but its enough of them that are

I do think most African if they are able to migrate don’t choose the US as much as Europe. But I see your point. But let’s be real give it 15-40 years most immigrants will be Americanized and are gonna act like it

You know what's crazy

All we're asking is for our immigrant brothers and sisters to be down with us

And they're pretty much telling us NO

All this resistance, pushback and TROLLING is them saying we're going to continue to tether onto you guys and ride with the anti black Democrats and white liberals

Like... really think about that

Black Americans fought for the 14th Amendment so black immigrants could have the right to come over here. White people didn't want them here, they only wanted white immigrants over here, we fought for black immigration

We're asking them hey help us hold the Democrats accountable and help us get reparations, which will eventually help y'all get reparations from your colonizers

Inori, Ro, Canada Owens, infamous and the rest of the ABW tethers are telling us NO

They know what the consequences are for not rocking with us (Republicans forever) and they don't care

They know what the benefits could be for rocking with us (reparations for all) and they don't care

The next comment or reaction they do in here will be another indicator they don't care...

Cuz at the end of the day, they didn't make it this far in life by being on code with the black community, so they're not going to start now

I appreciate the backstory. I just read posts and respond, and keep a collection/thought on how niggas move on here for shits and giggles and so where i know to place niggas at on how they say shit on here about certain things. Just a habit I have from where I'm from.. we clock niggas.

But this here is to past time for me...and I'm sure it is for you too...but when threads like these are made, I like to add my commentary to them..and when there's an unfair bias/angle being projected, I try my best to push back and bring clarity, fairness on the topic.

You posted a tweet about a FBA dude making a remark about Africa....whether it was real or not... It was 1 dude.... then you come back around and when Du was telling you about his experience...you tried to downplay it or make excuses for the Africans...You use kiddie gloves with them...but here you wanna put the dude who made the tweet about Africa on the cross

You have in the thread...Why do FBA (hate) Africa...I don't know many FBAs that's walking around with an energy on hating Africa or African people....most FBAS haven't even made the 13-23 hour trip there....but let's go with that...since you want folks to believe this notion..kool... My only problem is that...you want us to believe FBAs hate Africa...and Africans...then why can't we say Africans hate other Africans and also Africans hate FBAs?? That seems to be an issue for you when I stated how Africans "kill" other Africans. FBAs so call "hate"..no killing but here we have Africans killing other Africans over in your words resources instead of uniting.. etc...and then we dive deep and state that Africans say x y and z about FBAS...that there seems to be another problem for you....I mean..

You draw up more excuses on why Derek Fisher can't take the last shot than Derek Fisher himself when someone points out how Africans or non FBAs speak towards FBAS. You purposely dismiss it push pass it or wack the post

The truth is the truth.. It's not a 1-sided thing.. I even went back and gave you run downs on how FBAs moved back in the day when they were dealing with Africans in other threads....Du stated he was named after them or some shit...another poster stated their experience dealing with Africans....but yet you seem to treat them with kid gloves...pretty much dismissing whatever Du and that other poster I think it was Koncept experiences...

Even if you wanna put your flag in the ground for Africans do that...but them folks/ du and Koncept are human beings...grown men too and to dismiss their experiences or to try and play their experiences off as it was just some slip up...is hoe shit...

That's my thing....Create your threads...I'm sure you seek out this information...FBAs stated such and such about AFricans...but seek out what non FBAs say about FBAS...

Keep it balanced is what I'm stating to you and others who wanna defend Africans...Tell the whole truth....not just the shit you want us to know about...and the shit that makes you feel victimatized.

It's hard to accept the all around truth or reality....but being honest with yourself and what's really happening....you'll add 20 more years on to your life or kid's lives...

I never said all FBAs hate Africans, but you got to admit that the sentiment expressed in the original tweet is pretty extreme. Nor do I think that it is a one-sided thing. I have said it before, I have a big problem when other blacks talk down on Black Americans, despite not being Black American myself (I am West Indian). Also, I didn't dismiss what Du said; I did say that there seems to be a lot of coonery over there. My problem was when he made the blanket statement that "Africans don't fuck with us."
