Not sure what male actor she's referring to either. Only person that comes to mind is Will Smith who had a legitimate box office track record to push through.

I dunno if this counts but the only reason I gave that bullshit Amazon movie Heads of State a shot with John Cena was cuz it had Idris in it. I thought to myself surely Idris wouldnt put out some bullshit like this..

If Amazon really thought that was a good film, they would have released it in theaters lol. I use this logic for anything that goes straight to Apple, Hulu, Paramount+, Disney+

A studio will never pass up a chance to make money
