Is Zach a better player? 100%. Is he 18 mil a year better? I don't think so. I don't think the Heat winning more than 3 games if you take Herro and Duncan out and put Zach in and keep everything else the same.

Lavine is a better scorer overall, stronger, a better defender and a better playmaker. I would feel more confident with lavine running an offense over Herro

This helps Wiggins out as well so so much isn’t on him to create offense

The money doesn’t matter much

Duncan is a liability at this point so his subtraction is an addition
