I’m not gonna bash the man for getting the job, but he looked overwhelmed like crazy when he took over. Maybe with an off-season and a chance to implement his vision he will be better.

The bad thing is he’s this old but he’s not supposed to be this good so he takes up so much of the cap

I know they wish Lebron could opt out of that $52 mil and resign for like $22 mil

Could make a much better team

They need to change the cap for players who sign after the age of 30. Instead of an escalating salary, they should get a deescalating salary.


Example:

31- 50 m
32- 40 m
33- 30 m
34- 20 m


The numbers can be played with but you get the gist.
