2025 NFL Draft šŸˆ

Added to Calendar: 04-24-25, 04-25-25, 04-26-25

If Archie Manning can dictate where his 2 bumblefuck sons were going when they were drafted then why is it a problem that Deion is guiding his sons as well?? šŸ˜’
2 reasons.

Firstly, to make those demands it has to be an elite prospect, especially at QB.

Secondly, you can't tell teams you're not interested and not have at least 2 teams explicitly telling you that they'll draft you at a specific point in the draft if you're still available.

Eli was considered an elite prospect, hence why he was drafted 1st overall despite informing the chargers he was never playing for them. They were also informed of the Giants staunch desire to make the trade for him. Both those factors were key to the Mannings making such a bold declaration.

The fact that the Sanders tried to emulate the same strategy without the same guarantees was asinine.

Deion Sanders clearly misguided his son. Its hard for people to accept or admit but its pretty evident.

If he had gone to the Senior Bowl and/or Combine and took meetings with interested teams, he wouldn't have last until day 3.

I think the 2 years he put out on tape trump a damn senior bowl or combine..

Clearly this was the advice given to him by his father, but it only applies to elite prospects.

He isn't that, as plenty draft guys and insider reporters have been saying for months.

He should've put his best foot forward and tried to use every available opportunity to impress.

Pride cometh before the fall, Deion had him treat the pre-draft process like father, like son, except all they share in common on the field is the same last name.

This isn't that situation though

I would be with y'all if Sanders had been pick by now, but you can't tell me that Shough a soon to be 26 yr old who brakes a bone if the wind blows to far south is a better prospect then Sanders because of "intangibles" and his father.

I haven’t followed the conversations here so far, but Sanders not getting drafted in 3 rounds is crazy. If it’s intangibles, that can be coached/mentored. He’s young and has a lot of room to grow in that department. One thing you can’t coach/mentor is talent and skill and he has enough of those to go at most in the 2nd round, maybe 1st.

Whoever does pick him up is going to have a dog.

The saints have been moving wild for almost 5 years now. Them picking who they picked tracks

That's not necessarily a shadeur thing. That's a saints lack direction, integrity, etc...

I'ma ask a serious question for those in support of shadeur.

How many games, not highlights, but games from start to end did you see shadeur playing?

I'm no college guru but I saw a few games cause I was rooting for Colorado and when they were at Jackson St.

I can easily spot some reasons that could make a team cautious of drafting him. I'm not saying be shouldn't have gone before the dude the saints picked but he's not the perfect prospect by any means

I watched a lot of them because of the hype to be honest. And he wasn’t any worse than a lot of other quarterbacks, particularly given he didn’t have the same infrastructure as those bigger teams. Yes he had Hunter, but he was the focus is the defense and Sanders still got him the ball.

Those bigger teams get the best recruits in the country, especially O-line, and it makes the QB look better than they are. In Sanders case, he looked good despite that and despite all the hate. Imagine him at an Alabama.

I watched quite a few of Colorado games and my main issue with him is that he takes a sack when he doesn't have to.....it's like he doesn't want to throw the ball away if the pass isn't there or use his legs when there's open field he'll run around until someone tackles him in the backfield
